CoreFoundations assists the group to determine what school(s) to reach and how to do so successfully, meanwhile helping it to form a foundation for long-term strength. Approximate time:  0-3 months

Through meetings, phone calls and emails, the CoreFoundations staff guides you through the following:

• Becoming an “official” organization
• Creating roles and terms for your team
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with the school
• Initiating a fundraising strategy
• Broadening community awareness
• Approving a policy handbook
